Fabrics and Leathers

Once our quote to revitalise your furniture has been accepted, our attention turns to identifying a suitable fabric. Lots of factors such as price, aesthetics, and durability come into play here. We will offer expert advice to help you make the correct decision for your needs.

In our unit at Sheffield Antiques Centre, we have some fantastic full and part rolls of fabric, priced at £10 per metre. These really do represent excellent value for money and are a good place to start your hunt for fabric. If these fabrics don’t fit your brief, then we can start looking at our vast range of fabric sample books. These fabrics start at £20 per metre, and offer hundreds of colour and texture options, many of them machine washable, which can be ordered in specific amounts, and arrive within a couple of days.

We will happily bring the sample books to you, or arrange a consultation with us. Books can be borrowed for a few days to see them in your home environment, and small samples can be ordered to be sent directly to you. Through this process, we will guide you to find your perfect fabric. If you see something, we are unable to source, then we are also happy to use that.

Leather is another fantastic option to reupholster in. At our unit in the Sheffield antiques centre, we carry a good stock of great quality English leather, from small pieces, up to full skins, at the bargain price of £95 per skin, all in various colours. We also represent Yarwoods of Leeds, who have a vast range of leathers.
